The period of Corona Pandemic has been a challenging time for every person globally. In India the SME sector has been badly affected and are facing trouble in restarting their businesses. At Rotary Club of Kurkumbh MIDC we organized a seminar on Handling of Critical Uncertainties specifically for the members of Small Scale Industries. Where members learned thru interactive and interpersonal communications on how best to tackle the challenges and work towards restarting businesses. The event was organized in collaboration with The International Association of Facilitators (IAF). IAF is a participatory organization with members in more than 65 countries. As a professional association, we set internationally accepted industry standards, provide accreditation, support a community of practice, advocate and educate on the power of facilitation and embrace the diversity of facilitators.
