Rotary Club of Pune Westend is donating an invasive ventilator costing around INR 4.5 lakh. We are donating it to a hospital run by a young doctor Dr. Tushar Sheth from Mangaon in Raigad district of Maharashtra. Currently, this a small town in the Konkan region of Maharashtra, India, has no facility of ventilator for critical patients. We have selected this hospital as it is equipped with an ICU and oxygen supply. Mangaon is a key location on Bombay Goa highway and is well connected to the surrounding Konkan region. The ventilator will be available to all the needy patients at a minimal charge.
