Merely bookish knowledge does not empower any life to face real life challenges. This fact motivates us to bridge a gap between one’s life and education which is inevitable at this moment. Therefore, experiential learning approach will provide these opportunities to establish such linkages where students can feel, see and internalise concepts of theories surrounding them. This will help them to take education or learning beyond class room. Further, such approach not only helps in learning but also helps to questions many fundamental challenges like gender inequity, caste and class structure, power structure etc. Moreover, this approach also helps to create space for students who are not comfortable in mark oriented system (who are labelled as Poor students) to break boundary about the norms of smart students. Our experiences tell us that this is one of the best methods of teaching which generates funs and knowledge. This philosophy was used to create an appropriate ecosystem to carry out the project with primary school students who belongs to under section of the society from Pune slum area.
