R C Chinchwad along with Samaj Shikshan Mandal Vinzar and Prof. Ramkrishna More College, Akurdi jointly organised a programme named "Dignity of Labour for Youth" on Wednesday 29th July, 2015 at Margasani village, Vinzar, Taluka Velhe (12 kms away from Baneshwar). 160 students got an enchanting experience of rice farming. The students planted rice shoots on approximately 4 acres of land. This not only helped the needy farmers in their farming but also created an awareness of Dignity of Labour amongst the youth. The club provided financial help for conducting the project. This project was carried out under Youth Services by Rtn. Dr. Shilpagauri Prasad Ganpule. President Rtn. Dr. Sanjeev Datye, First Lady Ann Dr. Amruta Datye gave their assistance for carrying out the project. Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Prasad Ganpule
