Yogic Prayanam (breathing technics) session in Girme High School for the children on Thursday the 29th of September 2022 at 3.30 pm. Munira Kheraluwala is conducting the session of 1 hour on a voluntary basis. Pranayam technique shown and practised with 180 to 190 children of Girme High School. Speaker did the 1hour session for us free. Mam hours spent 15. Project cost. Biscuits given to all children.
