On the occasion of World Pharmacist Day which is celebrated every 25th of September, Anjuman-I-Islam's Kalsekar Technical Campus, School of Pharmacy had invited our Club President, Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite to address the college students on Stress Management & Good Nutrition. The college students now a days undergo a lot of stress of studies, competition, peer pressure and various other factors. This leads to impact their mental health and change in food habits lead to various medical disorders and diseases. Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite gave a wonderful talk on how to manage the stress and how nutritional food not help to stay fit and healthy but also to control & manage the stress build up. All the students were happy and acknowledged the talk.
