The project "Dnyan Danatil Anand "was conducted in Mahad on 28 September 2022 at Rashtriya Smarak. The Training was conducted by Prof. Ujwal Tawade Sir and Prof. Urmila Haldankar from Pune, He had focus on four M concept 1 ) M- for Mediator - in this he elaborated that mediator should be a good reader, listener, observer, and should update him self 2 ) M- Motivator - should motivate student and should be cheerful and consistant 3) M- Mentor - Should be mentor for student and guide them to identify their strength, weaknesses ,to show them opportunities and threats 4) M - be a role model to students and Prof Tawade sir taught many more thinks regarding knowledge, behavior , temperament, and many more useful things in The second session Prof Urmila Haldankar taught regarding the teachers students relation ship, Exchange of thought between teacher and parent , personality of teachers, teacher should be a good councilor , and should teach students to come out of difficult circumstances and lot many more things. The Total Direct Beneficiaries were 151 and Indirect beneficiaries were 750 .All the attending teachers were extremely happy and satisfied with the experts and demanded similar kind of training programs in future from Rotary Club Of Mahad and even the experts were happy seeing the lively response from the teachers .All the attending teachers were given the certificates for attending the seminar.
