RCP Lokmanyanagar ventures into a dream project President Dr Madhura has been planning with our member Mandar and Ann Mayura which she believes has huge implications in the development of our future generation. School education got impacted a big way during pandemic. Students have suffered a huge learning loss all over the world due to school closures. Covid induced online teaching in school students have introduced variety of challenges. One of the most important is that children are not grade compliant. It is said on an average @ 5% students are grade compliant and others lack one or the other subject competancy. We are conducting an assessment tests using modern technology and questionaries based on input from a renowned educationist Mr Nilesh Nimkar along with our IT team member swho ahve developed this in house app and tests. This needs urgent attention and we at RCPL will contribute our share first by measuring learning loss in students using Gatuvit platform and Quest which will generate classwise and individual reports that will highlight the learning gaps that need attention. This will be followed by training teachers to make up for this loss in a very scientific way.
