Dear Rotarian Friends, Happy Morning!! It was a feeling of utmost happiness & completeness for all of us for being a contributing factor in yesterday's (26th July) blood donation camp at Kumar Society, Bibvewadi. There were 40 lives that we were able to touch with the efforts of different members who donated generously - Sachin, Oniell, Anjali, Manesh, Yogen, Kavitha, Vinod Kankaria, Annet Siddhi & yours truly. There were a few friends who came as a support for this cause by donating blood. The society members also were a good support & contributed blood. Dear Amit was sensational. It was a wonderful gesture by him to have gone to so many flats in different societies, distributing chocolates to kids & pursuing people to come and donate blood at the camp. Special thanks to dear Sachin for arranging this camp & being a wonderful coordinator. A healthy & nice breakfast was sponsored by Sheetal. Sheetal, Kranti, Heena & Sarita too extended their kind support. Annet Siddhi did the photography to perfection. Special mention of Nilay Sanghvi, secretary of Kumar Park & other members of this society- Dinesh Shah, Dr. Bedekar, Kanubhai Shah & Mr. Gadgil amongst others who allowed us to use their premises & were extremely supportive in every way. Last but not the least, the good, prompt & efficient work of the Sassoon team needs to be acknowledged. At the end of the day, the winner & the blessed were everybody who came and donated for this noble cause.
