A Training Programme was organised for ASHA Sevika. It included training related to Do's and DONT's for pregnant women in the tribal / remote areas of Mulashi Taluka where our club's RCC is actively involved. Dr Gopalkrush Gawade gace training to all Asha Sevika presnet (96 in no). He in very simple language explained the importance of developing rapport with pregnant women in these remote areas by Asha workers. This will help to reduce death rate of pregant women during / immediately after pregnancy as well as the child mortality rate. He also gave details of tests and vaccination schedule for the carrying mothers during pregnancy period.
