Menstrual hygiene is an integral part of ensuring better sanitation in rural villages. Menstrual hygiene management helps woman and girls manage their periods in a healthy and hygienic way. Our need analysis based on the visit of SEAL Ashram by Rtn. Deepa Punjabi ,Rtn. poorva joshi before the project reveled that the ladies there needed Sanitary Pads. As a part of Water and Sanitation Avenue, Rotary Club of Panvel Elite donated 1500 sanitary pads – 15 each to women at SEAL Ashram on 03rd jan 2023. SEAL rescues the young & old, men & women, the sick, lost and forsaken, and provides them another shot at life! The pads donated were Anion Sanitary Pads which are prevents bacterial infections upon use. SEAL Ashram expressed its gratitude upon receiving the Sanitary Pads.
