The Project ???? program held on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Tilak Smarak Mandir, provided several useful tips on how to improve and live a healthy lifestyle. Below are some of the points made at the event: • Guest of Honour Dr. Mohan Agashe said that the difference between conventional and cognitive learning should be recognized. He said people should not fear education, which in turn should be interesting and exciting. • No learning activity is possible without interest. • One should know the right things at the right age. • One may or may not have money, but one should invest one’s time wisely. • Prevention is always better than cure. Although prevention from death is not possible, living a better life is always possible. • Mental well-being is vital. Remember that there is an unbreakable connection between mind and body. • Dr. Jagdish Hiremath explained the various reasons for heart problems, including risk factors such as smoking, obesity, and lifestyle, and stressed the importance of a commonsense diet and exercise. • The wisest investment is in health. • Fear of the problem, fear of failure is worse than blood pressure problems. • Face your emotions honestly. Reduce the gap between the inner you and the outer you. • Live a healthy and joyful life. Panelists Dr. Hiremath, Dr. Sunil Sathe, and Dr. Kinjal Goel answered questions posed by DG Dr. Anil Parmar. The program was attended by Rtn. PP Rakesh Bhargava and Rtn. Brig. PKM Raja among others. The vote of thanks was delivered by RCPC President Rtn. Uday Dharmadhikari.
