On 28th august Rotary Club of Panvel along with Laxmi Eye Institute arranged a Eye Donation Awareness rally in Panvel. The Rally was flagged off by Past MP Sh Ramsheth Thakur and Dg Dr. Anil Parmar from Laxmi Eye Institute at 8:30 am. Banners, Posters and all the participants in T Shirts and Caps walked all the way to V K Highschool campus where it was concluded. Prominent people from panvel, All Rotary Club members of panvel , Senior Citizens participated. Total 400 people were present. At the end the Rlly was addressed by Dr. Suhas Haldipurkar Notable Opthalmic Surgeon of Panvel, Dr Anil Parma DG, Paresh Thakur Panvel Municipal corporation gave a talk on the occasion on the importance of eye Donation.
