Chaitanya Ganpule took review of the physical changes that occur in a girl between the ages of 16 and 22 Appropriate guidance was given regarding female reproductive system, menstrual related problems, balanced diet, proper exercise and how to decide the right time to consult a specialist. Talking about PCOD disease, the serious dangers of this disease can be avoided by changing the diet and taking the guidance of gynecologists, and to lead a healthy life, girls need to maintain mental health and be aware of it.
