3. Birthday Celebration of all Rotary members.. President Dr Chetan Surve started new best practice immediately after becoming a President. He started celebrating a birthday of all the Rotary members. president along with other rotation used to give birthday wishes to a birthday person by visiting him at his home, felicitating him with a shawl and felicitating him with a Shawl and bouquet to make that person appreciated and feel more special for the work he done through the Rotary , this helped to increase the strong bonding between all the Rotary members along their family with other Rotarians.
