The Event was well attended by 200+ students & Parents. From RCPC we had President Dr. Ramesh Dumbre, Director Youth Services Jitendra Sandu, Chairperson Munir Chenoy , R'Ann Dhanashree Sandu, R'Ann Monica Nadkarni , Rtn. Pankaj Mehrotra and Rtn. Chandrashekhar Naik From Anjuman Islam School side we had Mrs Nazura Sattar, the Chairperosn , Mrs Nusrat Sharif, the Vice- Chairperson, Principal Irfana Momin of Urdu School, Princiapl Asma Khan of English School and Principal Zareen Kauser Sharif of the Polytechnic and their teacher and students. We had a hall packed to a capacity of 200+ which included students and parents. There was a 45 min presentation and informal session conducted by Jitendra Sandu & Mrs Nusrat Sharif. It was followed by explaining the details of the “Profile Report” sponsored by Rotary Club RCPC. About 3 months earlier a psychometric and aptitude evaluation was conducted in the school premises where about 100 girls from both Urdu and English medium had participated. The customized profile was the outcome ( Sample Enclosed for your understanding). There were about 20 vocational careers whose information was displayed on the walls and desks were set with people from Rotary and Anjuman Islam school assisting students and parents in understanding the report and career options. There were 4 large tables set up for counselling students and parents. Counselling was conducted by Monica, Dhanashree, Pankaj, Chandrashekhar and Jitendra. The process went on between 12 to 1.30pm. The Event was concluded with Snacks. We would like to appreciate the role played by Rtn Munir Chenoy who managed the entire process from evaluation to career guidance, which lasted through a span of 3 months. There were several meetings, planning, arrangements to be made which went on without any hitch. Appreciation also goes to Rtn Narendra Sanghvi who was the sponsored of the entire process and was personally available through the evaluation process
