Blood Donation Camp by Rotary Club of Raigad Fort, Kolhapur Sangh, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College Mahad* Date: 17 August 2023 Location: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College Campus, Mahad The Rotary Club of Raigad Fort, in collaboration with Kolhapur Sangh and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College Mahad, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on the 17th of August, 2023, at the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College campus in Mahad. The event aimed to contribute to the noble cause of saving lives through blood donation. The event witnessed an enthusiastic response from the community, with a total of 135 blood bags being collected from various donors. Among these, an encouraging 65 individuals were first-time donors, showcasing a growing awareness and participation in voluntary blood donation. In recognition of their selfless act, each donor was presented with a certificate acknowledging their contribution towards this life-saving initiative. Additionally, a token of appreciation and love was provided to every donor as a gesture of gratitude for their valuable contribution. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all donors, volunteers, and organizers who played a vital role in making this Blood Donation Camp a resounding success. Their dedication and commitment have undoubtedly contributed to the betterment of society and the well-being of countless individuals.
