Rotary Club Riverside is proud to announce the launch of the ‘Little Soldiers Training Program’ in partnership with Command Social Foundation. Under this program, we will be providing Basic Commando Training to 1200 students over a period of 3 years across 4 schools in Pune. The objective of this program is to build physical and mental fitness of students along with academic growth. The training helps students to join the Indian Armed Forces such as Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force and all other defense and civil services as well. Under this program, students will be training in 1. Disaster Management 2. Weapons Training 3. Self Defense 4. Traffic Awareness 5. Map Reading 6. Drill etc. We have lunched the program in 4 schools – Sarathi School, Satav School, Mother Teresa School, Nutan School. With our strong belief that today’s youth are the future of India, through this program, we are looking to give students an opportunity to build strong careers in nation building.
