2nd Meeting of Sadafuli- Eco club at Dr Vasantdada Patil Madhyamik Vidyaniketan.The second meeting of Eco Club "Sadaphuli" of Rotary Club of Pune South was held on Wednesday, 19th July 2023 at Dr. Vasantdada Patil Madhyamik Vidyaniketan. The meeting started as usual with the National Anthem and Paryawaran Shappat by the students. Our President Rtn. Ravindra Prabhune presided over the meeting. The students who were elected as President, Secretary and Treasurer of Eco Club Sadaphuli in the previous meeting, were felicitated by our President. He also addressed the students and impressed upon them the importance of preserving the environment and told them about different cycles like water cycle, food chain cycle etc and how every creature on our planet has its own importance in these life cycles, why they should be prevented from becoming extinct. The students were also told the concept of Refuse ( refuse to use things which are harmful to the environment) Reuse ( reuse things and save the environment, like best from waste) and Reduce (reduce the use of natural resources and help save the world). The children were quite enthusiastic about these ideas.
