There has been lots of new sports clubs and tournaments coming up for women. These provide opportunity not only for development of women but also financial gain and sustainability through sports. Rotary club of Pune sports city initiated a projects to support and encourage women with help of CSR form Onward Technology. The project has envisaged training , development and selection of women for various upcoming team selections and games in football. The project will focus upon development of the selected women to continuously grow in their journey of success at state and national level.
