A Talk and demonstration was given on Self Defense by Karate Trainer -Mrs. Urvi Joshi to girls of hostel at Bhanuben Pravin Shah Madhyamik and Junior College, Tara of class 9,10,11 so as to build in confidence in them and to empower girls. The girls and their teachers and warden were very happy to learn the simple tricks to safeguard themselves in a precarious situation.
