Mrs Rati Patil Sapkal a clinical psychologist having 18 years vast experience is the main trainer & co ordinating person & representative of Joining hands Ngo located in New Delhi for Pune Maharashtra region from last 2 years.She is also a member on the interview panel and a part of selection process for scholarship program. Cadence scholarship program is running in the 4 States of India New Delhi, Gujrat ( Ahmedabad) , Karnataka ( Banglore) & Maharashtra ( Pune) During these sessions we have focused on group counseling, importance of career, difference between a job and career. We dealt broadly with Attitude, motivation, time management factors. Secondly we have introduced them with n number of career options, opportunities need of the time instead of thinking only about traditional career options or only high paying job option in IT industry or engineering. This is a online scholarship program.This year the link will open around last week of February( exact date & link will be provided by Rati as soon as its release)The intersted students have to fill up that Goole forms mentioning all details which is mentioned there. Students have to fill all the accurate and auntentic information. If necessary have to attach marksheets or any other documents. The basic criteria the students who score minimum 65% having financial limits can apply. After successfully submitting forms students first online interview will be scheduled if student get shortlisted will be qualified for second round where the main sponsor and donar team will interact with students and final list will be declared. Kindly note final decision will be taken by the main sponsor after observing the student marks, overall behaviour, financial need & choice and expenses of desire career stream.
