Sampark School is located in a remote mountainous area in the western ghats and caters to tribal and farm worker children. The school provides residential facilities by way of a hostel for the students. The water heating has been dependent on electricity that is very costly and unreliable. Our club provided a solar water heating panels and commissioned the system which has resulted in a big saving for the school's electricity costs upto Rs. 20000 a month, provided a reliable water heating system for the residential school students for bathing thereby improving their living standard.
