Cadence scholarship program is running in the 4 States of India New Delhi, Gujrat ( Ahmedabad) , Karnataka ( Banglore) & Maharashtra ( Pune) During these sessions we have focused on group counseling, importance of career, difference between a job and career. We dealt broadly with Attitude, motivation, time management factors. Secondly we have introduced them with n number of career options, opportunities need of the time instead of thinking only about traditional career options or only high paying job option in IT industry or engineering.
