On Teachers' Day, 5th September 2024, RC PEN conducted a comprehensive training session for teachers. The event featured a special session focused on value-based education, emphasizing the importance of instilling moral values in students. This session provided practical approaches for teachers to integrate values such as peace, happiness, and love into their teaching practices. Additionally, a healthy competition was organized around the theme "Go and Do Likewise." This competition encouraged teachers to creatively and engagingly demonstrate and promote various moral values. The goal was to foster a deeper understanding and awareness of these values among both teachers and students. The event provided a platform for teachers to share ideas and strategies for value-based education, while also celebrating their pivotal role in shaping the future. It reinforced the significance of moral education in developing well-rounded individuals and promoting a harmonious society. The celebration concluded with an appreciation ceremony, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of teachers in their invaluable contribution to education.
