In today's rapidly evolving world, the role of teachers has never been more critical. As we navigate through the digital age and prepare our students for the future, investing in teachers' training has become the need of the hour. Teachers are not only the cornerstone of literacy but also champions of community service. By enhancing their skills and knowledge through training programs, we empower them to deliver quality education. Our members Mrs Neeta Kelkar delivered a lecture on how to understand child / student psychology, and Dr. Vijaya Puranik delivered lecture on how to help students to develop their personality. Both lectures were appreciated by all the participant teachers. The future of our students depends greatly on the expertise and dedication of their teachers. Through ongoing training initiatives, we not only encourage professional growth but also foster a supportive environment where educators can innovate and adapt to new educational technologies. This, in turn, enhances the overall learning experience of the students.
