A total of 61 Girls/young women were trained to carry out Patient Care Attendance duties by putting them through the PCA course conducted by Anjuman-I-Islam Polytechnic College, in 4 batches commencing October 2023. The minimum qualification for this course is 8th Class, and hence girls and young women who were compelled to leave school before completing their SSC could also undertake this course. The Course comprised of Two weeks Classroom Training and Four weeks of Practical Training at renowned Hospitals. The fees for this course were Rs 5000/- per student, and were all borne through the generous contribution of our member, Rtn PP Narayandas Rathi. These girls have already secured jobs, with compensation of Rs 25000/- and above.
