Our club has a unique way of member assimilation through monthly breakfast meetings. There are 7 BF groups with 7 members each and each one invites the others for a chat over a cup of coffee. The group changes every year and this roundtable has been ongoing for the last 3 years. This ensures that the new members assimilate faster and all members get to spend much more time with other members beyond the club meetings
