Partner Clubs On October 14, 2023, NGSE students organized a successful beach cleaning drive at Fujairah Beach in Dubai. The event aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation and the importance of maintaining clean coastal areas. The students, armed with gloves, trash bags, and a strong sense of purpose, gathered early in the morning to begin their task. Throughout the day, the students worked diligently to collect a significant amount of litter, including plastic bottles, food wrappers, and other debris that had accumulated along the shoreline. Their efforts not only resulted in a visibly cleaner beach but also highlighted the impact of human activities on marine environments. The event also featured educational sessions where students and volunteers discussed the harmful effects of pollution on marine life and the broader ecosystem. These sessions aimed to inspire both participants and onlookers to adopt more sustainable practices in their daily lives. The drive received positive feedback from the community, local authorities, and environmental groups. It showcased the power of youth engagement in addressing global environmental challenges and emphasized the role of education in fostering a sense of responsibility toward nature. Overall, the Fujairah Beach cleaning drive by NGSE students was a commendable effort that demonstrated the effectiveness of community-driven initiatives in promoting environmental stewardship and preserving natural beauty for future generations.
