Project Title: Ghostrang: Enhancing Grasping and Retention Capacity of School Children Objective: To enhance learning outcomes using visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and innovative methods. Description: • Story Creation and Dramatization: Selected a syllabus lesson, prepared a story, and collaboratively dramatized it with students and teachers. • Student-led Assignments: Students chose topics, created stories, developed scripts, and performed dramas. Teachers observed and learned storytelling techniques. Implementation: • Execution: Provided resources for story creation and dramatization, offering continuous support. • Evaluation: Assessed impact on students' grasping and retention capacities and gathered feedback for refinement. Beneficiaries: 75 students Outcomes: • Improved understanding and retention of academic concepts. • Increased classroom engagement. • Positive feedback from teachers and parents. Impact: Enhanced educational experiences for students and empowered teachers. This model can benefit other schools, promoting inclusive and effective education.
