Attendees learned the critical steps involved in performing CPR, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The session was highly interactive, with participants practicing techniques on mannequins to ensure they gained practical experience. The trainers also emphasized the importance of quick and effective response in emergency situations to improve survival rates.
