The Rotary Club of Pen hosted a transformative RYLA program for ZP school girls. Dr. Kulkarni, President of the Adolescence Health Academy, led an insightful session on nutrition and healthy eating, empowering the girls with knowledge to make informed dietary choices. Following this, Acharya Upendra Ji, Founder of Antar Yog Foundation, conducted a rejuvenating yoga and health meditation session, fostering holistic well-being. This initiative not only educates but also empowers these girls to lead healthier lives. The event aimed to educate and empower young girls about the importance of nutrition and adopting healthy eating habits for a better lifestyle. Dr. Kulkarni, President of Adolescence Health Academy (AHA): Dr. Kulkarni enlightened the participants about the significance of nutrition during adolescence and its impact on overall health. He shared valuable insights into the nutritional requirements specific to adolescent girls and emphasized the role of balanced diets in promoting physical and mental well-being. Acharya Upendraji, Founder of Antar Yog Foundation: Acharya Upendraji conducted a session on yogic practices and meditation techniques for enhancing health and well-being. He guided the participants through various yoga asanas and breathing exercises aimed at improving digestion, boosting immunity, and reducing stress.
