The Rotary Club of Talegaon MIDC organized the "Mahatma Gandhi Jayantinimitta Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan" project to honor Mahatma Gandhi's legacy by promoting cleanliness and hygiene. The project involved community clean-up drives, waste management awareness, and encouraging the public to adopt sustainable practices, aiming to create a cleaner and healthier environment in line with Gandhi’s vision of a Nirmal (clean) India.
