On the occasion of "Reading Inspiration Day", an events was organized for the students of Shri Annasaheb Sahasrabuddhe Tribal Ashram School, Wakadi, by Rotary Club of Panvel Sunrise and Janiv Samajik Seva sanstha, Panvel. On "Reading Inspiration Day", Club President Goregaonkar discussed the significance of reading, marking the birth anniversary of former President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Books on various personalities and topics were distributed, including books on Dr. Kalam, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Swami Vivekananda, and others. A competition based on these books will be organized for the students. A student also read a passage from Dr. Kalam’s book "Wings of Fire". The school principal, Mrs. Kranti Patil, expressed her gratitude to the Rotary Club and encouraged the continuation of such initiatives. Around 200 students participated in these events, with several dignitaries and teachers present.
