Vocational Guidance for special persons (Handicap) Rotary Club of Pune Mid-East organized vocational guidance for special persons at Maratha Chamber of Commerce, Tilak Road, Pune on 3rd October 2015 from 4 pm to 6 pm. In the said programme the following guest speaker were given their guidance : 1) Rtn. Pradeep Patil 2) Rtn. Deelip Deshpande 3) Mr. Subhash Chatur 4) Mr. Nilesh Chadwelkar 5) Mrs. Madhavi Kunte Rtn. Pradeep Patil explained various projects Rotary are carrying out for the special children and persons. He also share about various opportunities are available for these special persons. Rtn. Deelip Deshpande who is Director of Edarch and he explain how the special children can work in his unit on the basis of their speciality. The deaf person can handle the work which doesn’t required any oral command. Whereas blind children can operate the article with sense of touch. Mr. Subhash Chattur who are the founder of ‘Sharau Precision’. This unit is having 200+ special persons working as a only employee in the unit. He also explained how this special person can have specialized in job making due to their concentration. There is 0% rejection of the jobs made by the special persons. Mr. Nilesh Chadwelkar : Mrs. Madhavi Kunte the mother of Mr. Nandan Kunte who has got ‘Apang Rajya Kalyan Puraskar’ from Maharashtra Government by the hands of Mr. Rajkumar Badole explain what are the benefits available from Government to special persons. Mr. Nandan Kunte is self employed and he is handicapped and could not walk without wheel chair. He got this award as he is successfully self employed. Mrs. Madhavi Kunte explain various schemes of Government available to the special children / persons and also to the parents of special children.
