Report: WinS project: The Primary school at Bavdhan is run by Poona Women's Council. The School caters to upto standard four and the number of students is... ( i m not sure.. please check with sulbhatai or shilpa) The toilet facility was not available and kids were ask to use open area around the school. We have donated the Toilet block: Single Facility for unisex. This is done along with the partnership of R C Shivajinagar under able guidance of Deepak Shikarpur. This includes Single India toilet facility with overhead tank and connection to septic tank. The Maintainance of toilet is a responsibility of local school. The toilet is operational now and handed over on 24.10.15 to Ms. Maniktai (?? surname) in presence of ex Sarpach, Bavdhan GramPanchayat, Mr. Dilip Vede Patil and he is also a financial donor to the WinS project. This was attended by The convener for the project: Ms. Sulabha Patale, Secretory Mrs. Arpita Guha, Treasurer Mrs. Shilpa Shinde and Service Director Dr. Shantanu Deshpande. The school children are real beneficiaries of this.
