Green society meet was arranged by Rotary club of Kharghar midtown in collabration with RC Panvel Mahanagar, RC Panvel Sunrise & RC Navi Mumbai Sunrise. The purpose of this meet is to implement green society practices in cost effective ways .The Green Meet was inaugurated by PDG Dr. Shailesh Palekar. He gave a motivated speech to the audience . Deputy Commissioner Vaibhav Vidhate encouraged the audience for making Green socirties and he also expressed his thanks for arranging the Green Meet. He appealed the audience to carry out various environment related activities and take the benefit in property tax. Rtn. Keshav Tamhankar also brifed about the initiatives taken by Rotary Dist 3131 to make Green Society and Green School. The various specialist personalities gave information to the audience on Solar Roof Top, Water conservation and waste management. Exhibition of various manufacturer of environment related machineries and equipments was also arranged in this meet.
