RYLA for Junior college students ( aprox 150 students) from colleges run by the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha in Rehmatpur near Satara .Project was undertaken to develop leadership qualities amongst students. lot of mamgement games were conducted to improve team spirit and leadership qualities with students.
