On the 29th June 10 computers were handed over in a school close to Junnar called Lenyadri Vidya Mandir, Ballalwadi where 270 children study from the 5th to the 10th Std. This school is placed at the foot hills. The children in this school expressed their feelings for receiving these computers. This school has had 100% result in 10th std this year, 93% being the highest score and 7 students with distinction. Presi.Amita, Dr. Mahesh, project chairman Nitin Joshi and secretary Sadhana Joshi were present on this occasion. Alma Ashram Shala was ( A residecial school)then visited to analyze the installation of the next computer lab. A Jilla parishad school at village Hivare Tape, Narayangaon was visited where school desks were donated . 100 children study at this school from St. 1st to the 7th.20 benches were donated in this school. Another Jilla Parishad school at Takarwadi also got 15 benches from Rotary club. Jilla Parishad school of Pate Khairemala , taluka Junner got 10 benches where 85 children from 1st to 5th std are educated. All these schools were identified by the R.C.Junnar members. All the schools are very fortunate to have the most dedicated teachers who take extra ordinary efforts for the education of the local children who come from nearby villages and tribes.
