On 19th December 2015, RC Panvel conducted an Institutional RYLA programme at Vispute college, Vichumbe, Panvel. Where young adult aged from 18-25 spent three days in a challenging program of discussions, inspirational speeches, leadership training and social activities designed to enhance personal development , leadership skills & good citizenship.
