The charter for the R.C.C at Lavale is received recently. The condition of the people living in Lavale is miserable. They are not getting pure drinking water. The MSEB electricity is not certain their. Hence the formation of RCC was essential so the installation was done by handing over the charter to President Sudam Satav.
