For any big fund raising event the most important and difficult task is to get sponsorship, but being a part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team most difficult task become simpler. When we approached the sponsors and explained them the cause for which we were conducting this huge dandiya event almost 95% of them have committed for being part of this cause which indeed explained people do care about farmers and want to do something for them. I would say being a member of Rotary club it gave them confidence that their sponsored money would be utilized for this cause only. I would like to thank few members who helped me in this event are Mr Rahul Oswal ex Rotarian who introduced me to the vice President of pidilite pvt ltd . Dr Virendra Oswal for patiently waiting for the sponsorship cheque at 12:00am which explained his dedication. Rtn Vilas Panse for believing that the project would be a mega success (being positive) .Mr Amit Shah for distribution of tickets (well planned) . Lastly what I have learnt is Convincing others become difficult when you are not convinced . Once convinced every difficult task become simple.
