The program was coordinated by Miss. Manda Talpade, imparting the Branch activities to the participants in the beginning. Session was conducted by Mrs. Vaishali Joshi & covered following points; Different roles and responsibilities for men and women. Meaning of gender equality. Present status of the women in the society. Various ways to bring gender equality in day to day life. From where to start? Who will start? Moreover, how to start to change the attitude 1] 38 Women attended the programme & got the information about Gender Equality. 2] 1 woman was referred for treatment for Infertility. 3] Women requested to arrange the session on Care After 40. 1] In the beginning of the program, the women were not cooperated to attend the session but the Field Coordinator made them comfort by giving the information & activities conducted by the Branch, which will important & helpful for their routine. 2] They were agree with the examples regarding their simple routine activities given by the Resource Person. Field coordinator will be conduct the session on Care After 40 in the month of January 2016
