On 30/04/2016 club has arranged the programme of Vocational Excellence Award ceremony at Maratha Chembers of Commerce at 7 to 9 pm. The chief guest of the ceremony was Chief Executive Officer of PMRDA Mr. Mahesh Zagade and Rtn. Dilip Kumbhojkar from Rotary District 3131. This year the Vocational Excellency Award was given to Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire and Mr. Nilesh Chadwelkar. Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire : Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire is well known as ‘Sarpmitra Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire’. Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire invented various species of snakes. He loves birds and animals. He runs rescue centre for birds and animals at Katraj Snake Park. Recently one species of snake was given name as Khairai as a result made by invention of the species made by Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire. Apart from the Snake Park and rescue centre one more activity was started by Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire since last five years for making awareness among the children and citizen regarding save of Environment by making useable things from the scrap. i.e. टाकाऊतुन टिकाऊ The said school was started by Mr. Neelimkumar Khaire in his own farm house at Karla. Before starting of the school he was getting income about 2 Lakhs per month from the farm house but instead of getting income he started free training for children from remote schools and other interested citizen in the said farm house by opening Environmental School. In the Environmental School there were 600 experiments were shown in recycling and other bio products in the process of making useable articles from scrap. Many other experiments of water conservation and others were also done in the said school. In the said school up till more than 15000 were given practical training of experiments. The said out-door meeting got joy with new ideas of making articles from scraps. Mr. Nilesh Chadwelkar : Mr. Nilesh Chadwelkar is the inventor and founder of ‘Dnyanganga Shabdkosh software’.
