WASH-2(Water Sanitation & Hygiene), GG 1421258, with Stavenger International Rotary Club, Norway, RID 2250 for $82275 was started in 2015-16 and was expected to be completed in the same year. Therefore, the entire credit for cost/beneficiaries was considered under Club’s achievements during 2015-16. However, the scheme, being very large, could not be completed last year and a large portion spilled into 2016-17. It is expected that 12 projects of the scheme costing over Rs.33.80 lakhs would be handed over in 2016-17 and the scheme would be completed. RC Poona regrets the mistake of counting the entire credit during 2015-16. Having accepted that, RC Poona would , correctly, count the credits as accomplishments during 2016-17.
